The Annual Beginner's Guide to Tobacco and Nicotine Regulation and The Master Settlement Agreement training will be held virtually on four select dates in March, the 7th - 10th. This training is designed for attorneys, paralegals, and other staff working on tobacco matters with less than two years of experience in this area.

The training will focus on the nuts and bolts of tobacco and nicotine regulation and the MSA. There will be presentations on certifications, escrow, MSA payment issues, understanding notices provided by the Independent Auditor to the MSA, retail issues, and public health aspects of tobacco and nicotine regulation.
